1. Heritage Woods: ZCORP developed & constructed this state-authorized, 105 bed Supportive Living Facility (Bolingbrook) to provide assisted living services to the elderly.

2. Sunrise Alzheimer's Care: ZCORP converted the entire building into a state licensed Alzheimer's care facility. The project required extensive interior demolition and added floor area, 40 suites, a new kitchen, a new laundry area, new electrical service & systems, new HVAC & plumbing systems through out the facility, and new exterior finishes such as a secure garden & patio areas.

3. Regency Nursing & Rehabilitation Center: This project entailed a whole new addition as well as a remodeling of existing facilities in order to provide new bedrooms, move & expand dialysis services, provide physical therapy, upgrade services & life safety accommodations, provide a new administrative office area with a conference room, add new restrooms, and develop a new, town square-like social center. This social center includes an ice cream parlor, a small shop for personal accessories & refreshments, a movie and entertainment center, and more.
