1. Spy Bar: This ZCORP project entailed a 5000 square foot build out, requiring the complete removal of the existing decor and structure in order to remodel, renovate, and upgrade. Some of the improvements made were the addition of new restrooms, HVAC installation, stair entry changes, sound system upgrades, storage facility improvements, and new bars.

2. America's Dog at O'Hare: ZCORP designed and built a new restaurant facility at the United Terminal. The project included installation of new electrical services, HVAC & plumbing improvements, black iron duct services, kitchen & prep areas, and storage facilities, as well as the construction of the customer service & dining area.

3. Greek Delight: ZCORP designed and built an entire new facade for the Greek Delight restaurant at Navy Pier. We designed the restaurant as a replica of a traditional Greek cafe.
