and municipalities looking for solutions to their building management, design, and
construction needs. We undertake this mission by employing highly experienced, highly
successful individuals who focus solely on meeting the needs and exceeding the goals of
our clients.
ZCORP Services is a veteran-owned business and was incorporated in March 2001
with the specific purpose of providing exceptional design and construction services
to exceptional clients throughout the Chicago area. We have offices in Chicago on
Michigan Avenue and in Romeoville on Joliet Road. Our diverse clientele contracts our
services for design & build projects, management only projects, and general contracting.

for 2008 exemplifies this commitment to the safety of our employees, which reduces
our clients' risk. Additionally, we strive to save our clients money through energy
conservation by meeting the standards of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)
and the Sustainable Building Industry Council (SBIC) .
ZCORP team members have worked with over a hundred clients in every aspect of the
planning, budgeting and construction process. Combined, they possess more than 130
years of design, construction, and building management experience. This allows ZCORP
to craft accurate management plans and then effectively determine the proper course of
action for the successful implementation of those plans. A well conceived plan reveals issues during
its conception and execution that provide a unique advantage by ensuring achievement of
project goals.
